We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Resourcing Coordinator to join the Engineering Services Operations Team where you will have a truly diverse role that will see you working with senior company stakeholders and influencing workplace planning.

Key to this role is engaging and building relationships with internal leadership and client stakeholders to understand their resourcing requirements. This insight will enable you to identify and use creative resourcing strategies and identify consultants to best fit the needs of the clients. The role is varied and requires an individual with a strong sense of purpose who can work on their own initiative, putting the client and consultant at the heart of everything they do.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Manage all areas of the resourcing process, including:
    • Analyse pipeline and proactively engage with sales team to understand client requirements and proposed resource model
    • Monitor and escalate availability of resources and work proactively with colleagues from across the business line to ensure utilisation is maximised
    • Engage with sales team and practice leads
    • Work closely with the client onboarding team to ensure efficient progression from point of sale to active project delivery
  • Act as a point of contact for consultants regarding their projects and
  • Working with the recruitment team to identify and recruit talented individuals to bring into the business
  • Identify creative solutions to solve staffing issues
  • Allocation of bench activity, tracking and regular check ins
  • Provide excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2 years + experience in a recruitment/resourcing gained in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet competing demands
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Strong team player who is motivated and results oriented
  • A growth mindset
  • Strong leadership qualities including Empathy, Caring and Listening

Location:

This role can be based in either Belfast or Newry with Hybrid Working
