To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are currently growing our Global Payroll team.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Global Payroll administrator in Newry or Belfast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of a multi-jurisdictional payroll function across a range of live and shadow payroll functions
  • Ongoing assistance and support to ensure the timely submissions of all payroll tax filings and payments
  • Liaising with global tax authorities as and when required
  • Assist and support with the firm’s Global mobility management and VISA related matters
  • Management and ongoing support of firm’s tax equalisation policy to ensure employee/employer compliance
  • Liaising with tax advisory and Global mobility teams to support the home & host payroll duties required as a result of the tax equalisation proces




  • 1-2 years general payroll experience
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent working knowledge of excel, data analysis and data presentation tailored to varying audiences
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work to competing demands
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team



This role can be based in Newry and Belfast.
