Seamus Keating
Chief Executive Officer
Seamus was appointed as CEO in January 2020. He was first appointed to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director in December 2012 and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in July 2013. He has over 20 years’ experience in the global technology sector in finance and operational roles and has held a number of non-executive roles since 2012. He was Chief Financial Officer of Logica plc from 2002 until 2010 when he became Chief Operating Officer and head of its Benelux operations. Prior to his role at Logica plc, he worked for the Olivetti Group in senior finance roles in the UK and Italy.
Ryan Preston
Chief Finance Officer
Ryan joined the Board of FD in January 2021 and has responsibility for the Group’s financial operations. Ryan was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Independent News & Media plc and at OVO Energy Retail, having spent the early part of his career in senior finance roles at Tesco, including Group Finance Director, Europe. He was appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer at FD in January 2020.
Catherine Harrison
Group HR Director
Catherine has been at the heart of the senior team at FD Technologies since 2009. She has played a pivotal role in supporting the scaling of the business from less than 200 employees to the 3000 plus colleagues in the team today. She originally qualified as a chartered accountant working in professional services but across a range of industry sectors and her broad experience has made her a trusted adviser and strong advocate across the FD Technologies team. Catherine is a hands-on leader actively engaged in driving a number of transformation initiatives aimed at improving FD Technologies to make it an even better place to work and to further your career. Catherine’s contribution was recognised recently with her being named Deloitte’s Women in Technology Advocate MNC Patron in 2019 and in 2021 the HR team was recognised for ‘Best Company for Diversity and Inclusion’ in the Waters Technology Women in Tech and Data Awards. These awards acknowledged our continued efforts around diversity and inclusion, particularly our gender diversity strategy, as we seek to foster a culture of inclusiveness where everyone feels supported.
Ashok Reddy
Chief Executive Officer, KX
Ashok Reddy joined as Chief Executive Officer in August 2022. He has more than 20 years of experience leading teams and driving revenue for Fortune 500 and private equity-backed technology companies. He spent ten years at IBM as Group General Manager where he led the end-to-end delivery of enterprise products and platforms for a diverse portfolio of global customers. In addition, he has held leadership roles at CA Technologies and Broadcom, and worked as a special adviser to digital transformation company Digital.AI where he helped the senior leadership team devise the product and platform vision and strategy.
David Collins
Managing Director, First Derivative
David joined FD in July 2020. David started his career in banking, spending 10 years in derivatives trading at DLJ, BNP and Standard Bank. He then joined City Practitioners, a newly-formed professional services firm, where he built the trading systems business in London and New York. In 2007, the firm was sold to Capco and David joined the executive team of SuperDerivatives. There, he held various leadership roles across product strategy, strategic sales and business development. Prior to joining FD, David was Managing Director of the UK, US and Canada and member of the group executive board of GFT. In his role at FD, David will have global responsibility for all aspects of FD’s managed services and consulting operations.
