Chief Executive Officer
Seamus was appointed as CEO in January 2020. He was first appointed to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director in December 2012 and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in July 2013. He has over 20 years’ experience in the global technology sector in finance and operational roles and has held a number of non-executive roles since 2012. He was Chief Financial Officer of Logica plc from 2002 until 2010 when he became Chief Operating Officer and head of its Benelux operations. Prior to his role at Logica plc, he worked for the Olivetti Group in senior finance roles in the UK and Italy.
Chief Finance Officer
Ryan joined the Board of FD in January 2021 and has responsibility for the Group’s financial operations. Ryan was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Independent News & Media plc and at OVO Energy Retail, having spent the early part of his career in senior finance roles at Tesco, including Group Finance Director, Europe. He was appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer at FD in January 2020.
Chief Technology Officer
Eric has responsibility for research and development and the technology roadmap at KX, with a focus on accelerating the expansion of the KX platform across industries.
As an accomplished technologist and leader in software, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and SaaS product delivery, Eric brings a wealth of CTO experience gained at high-growth technology companies serving a broad range of industries including most recently Information Builders. Prior to that, Eric was CTO of Yodle Inc. a digital marketing firm acquired by Web.com (NASDAQ: WEB) and has also held CTO and senior engineering positions within telecoms and networking firms, including at M5 Networks and Line2.
Chief Marketing Officer
Kathy was appointed as CMO in March 2020. Kathy brings extensive marketing leadership experience in the global technology sector, including senior marketing roles at privately-held as well as publicly-traded companies. Prior to joining FD, Kathy was Global CMO at Sungard Availability Services. Before Sungard AS, Kathy was Senior Vice President, Product and Marketing for EMEA at Level 3 Communications. At Criteo, she held a global role on the executive leadership team as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications. Schneider moved from consumer products to the technology sector in 1999 when she joined Dell Inc., now DellEMC. While at Dell, she led various marketing functions at a country, regional and global level. She has spent the last 16 years working and living in London with her family and will be based in FD’s New York office.
Chief Strategy Officer
Gerry is an innovative, technology executive with over twenty years of enterprise software and financial services experience. He was the Founder/Co-Founder of four technology companies each with a successful onward sale. His career spans Tibco, NEON, MSB, Thompson Reuters, Fundclear and he has acted as advisor to IONA, Objectstore, Wombat and the NYSE. Gerry has a unique knowledge mixture of the technology markets with strong industry connections, deep knowledge of, management, sales, marketing, technology and capital markets trading. Global work experience split between London, New York and California. He is a highly motivated entrepreneur with a complete understanding of running a focused organization delivering technology solutions.
Catherine has been at the heart of the senior team at FD Technologies since 2009. She has played a pivotal role in supporting the scaling of the business from less than 200 employees to the 3000 plus colleagues in the team today. She originally qualified as a chartered accountant working in professional services but across a range of industry sectors and her broad experience has made her a trusted adviser and strong advocate across the FD Technologies team. Catherine is a hands-on leader actively engaged in driving a number of transformation initiatives aimed at improving FD Technologies to make it an even better place to work and to further your career. Catherine’s contribution was recognised recently with her being named Deloitte’s Women in Technology Advocate MNC Patron in 2019 and in 2021 the HR team was recognised for ‘Best Company for Diversity and Inclusion’ in the Waters Technology Women in Tech and Data Awards. These awards acknowledged our continued efforts around diversity and inclusion, particularly our gender diversity strategy, as we seek to foster a culture of inclusiveness where everyone feels supported.
Chief Operating Officer
David was appointed as Global Chief Operating Officer in June 2020. David has worked for more than thirty years across the professional services, software and financial services markets in a series of financial, operational and M&A leadership roles. Prior to joining First Derivatives, David was the finance director of Group Transformation for the Lloyds Banking Group. Before that, David held a number of senior finance and operational roles across software and professional services at Logica plc and at Axiom Systems Limited. David started his career at Deloitte in London where he worked for ten years in their corporate finance and insolvency practices.
Managing Director, Managed Services & Consulting
David joined FD in July 2020. David started his career in banking, spending 10 years in derivatives trading at DLJ, BNP and Standard Bank. He then joined City Practitioners, a newly-formed professional services firm, where he built the trading systems business in London and New York. In 2007, the firm was sold to Capco and David joined the executive team of SuperDerivatives. There, he held various leadership roles across product strategy, strategic sales and business development. Prior to joining FD, David was Managing Director of the UK, US and Canada and member of the group executive board of GFT. In his role at FD, David will have global responsibility for all aspects of FD’s managed services and consulting operations.
Chief Executive Officer for MRP
In this role, Scott will have responsibility for leading MRP as it takes its enterprise-class predictive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform, Prelytix, into new customer segments. Scott will also lead efforts to continue driving MRP’s reputation as a world-leader in predictive ABM by focusing on the firm’s commitments to R&D and the competitive differentiation of the Prelytix platform.
Scott joins from Crowdtwist, a leading SaaS-based customer loyalty solutions provider that was acquired by Oracle (NYSE:ORCL). As CEO, Scott was instrumental in repositioning the firm’s go-to-market strategy to achieve its ambitious growth targets. He built a high-performing, motivated workforce and a culture that consistently delivered significant increases in revenues, annual contract value and customer loyalty.
