We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team in Belfast.  You will be joining an extremely collaborative and friendly team with the role being split equally across providing administrative support and commercial support.

Working across the business, you will provide support to our In-house Lawyers on day to day legal matters and provide administrative support on a variety of projects across our key business areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a central inbox
  • Reviewing basic agreements (i.e., customer contracts, SOWs, amendments, NDA’s etc) and editing them
  • Saving documents
  • Running compares of documents
  • Logging workload items on a central tracker on a daily basis and updating their status
  • Managing signing, i.e., preparing short summaries of documents to be sent to c-suite for approval and signing

 

Criteria:

  • Law degree (2:1 ideally)
  • Corporate background with at least 1 years’ experience

Location:

This role can be based in either Newry or Belfast
